Have you ever heard of a TwiddleMuff . Well Patricia and Josephine knit plenty of these for charity . They are sensory muffs for people that suffer Dementia . The Muffs have buttons and satin and all different textures and keep those hands busy and warm . These women are true legends in their town in the UK .
