Mental stability and mental strength are definitely qualities that we want to have in order to be as successful as possible.

We have all at least once met a person whom we said was mentally stable and emotionally cold. One of the characteristics of stable people is that they dont waste time on self-pity. Therefore, dont waste your time on self-pity either, because you gain absolutely nothing by doing so. If some bad things happen to you, look at them so that you can get rid of them as soon as possible. Dont focus on bad things, because bad things will happen to you. So think positive, and dont feel sorry for yourself in any way.

Mentally stable people are not afraid of changes, they are not afraid of challenges in life because they believe in what they are doing.

STABILITY A very close person always told me “ i gotta be stable “ I was just like that ok . I just didnt understand it. I get it now We can have the greatest goals if we dont have stability, physically and mentally, the biggest goals and the most beautiful dreams are nothing. This is why I think it’s important to ask myself how can I be mentally stable? How can I be physically stable? And stable is another word for balance to me. Mentally, one could ask themselves, what is good for me and what is not good for me? What brings me joy and what doesn’t? Who or what is taking my energy? What feels right to me? Occupation, place of residence etc Do I believe in God? Do I believe in something? Do I see a purpose in what I do? In my life? Physically, one makes you wonder. Am I getting enough sleep? Am I exercising enough? Am I getting enough rest? Am I drinking enough? Am I avoiding toxic things? (Alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, etc. ) Also here what gives me energy and what robs me of energy? Then it’s easy to gather this knowledge and apply it step by step. All at once would be too much but ask yourself, what is one thing I can do today to be more stable physically or mentally?
