- 1 Frozen banana - Handfull of frozen mangos - Almond milk (as much as you like)
- 1 Tbsp. ground flex seed
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla protein Toppings: hemp seed and almond butter (and any other toppings you like, I always prefer nutty flavors)

My fav breakfast of all times ! I only replace mango by frozen blueberries and I add a small handful of frozen celeri to decrease sugar index 😍
